   To those who are bound, broken-hearted, imprisoned and impoverished; teaching them to walk in prosperity: spiritually, mentally, physically, socially and financially.

   To operate in the authority and grace of God in making and keeping the covenant of God based upon our specific responsibilities by:
   • Expressing God's faithfulness and love.
   • Performing acts of redemption with strength, steadfastness and love.
   • Extending mercy and generosity; protecting, nurturing and blessing those in need.
